N570
This is the newest member of the N500 series powders and also the slowest burning. The burning rate of N570 is near to N170 and it is faster burning than 24N41. The characteristics of this high energy powder with large grain size bring out the best in most of the large volume cases like for example in 6,5-.284 Norma, .300 Winchester Magnum, .300 Remington Ultra Magnum, .338 Lapua Magnum and .30-378 Weatherby Magnum.

Vihtavuori N570 is a great powder for over bore magnum cartages. I use it in my 257Wby with great results. It pushes a 110grn bullet to 3574 out of my 26 inch barreled Remington. I am currently working up a load with 210grn bullets out of my 300Wby. When cleaning it looks dirty after the first patch but actyaly cleans quickly. It is rated as a temperature insensitive powder which is nice as well. Accuracy in my testing has been very good. My only complaint is that it burns very hot. My advice is when using it take your time between shots when doing load work up and practicing.
