- Shipping & Delivery
- A valid PAL must be submitted to complete both Ammunition and Firearm transactions.
- TESRO Inc. is not responsible for taxes, duties or brokerages fees or delays that may be incurred upon/during delivery.
- Customers must provide a physical address. items will not be shipped to a PO Box address.
- Extra shipping charges might apply to remote areas or oversize items. We will contact you to confirm the charges before the order is processed.
- Returns & Replacements
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Store credit will be given after 14 days.
- Items must be in new and unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging.
- Clothing items must be unworn with all the original tags still attached.
- Partial store credit may be issued if the product is returned in used condition or if not returned with the original packaging.
- Sale items can be returned for in-store credit only.
- TESRO Inc. does not credit shipping costs.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Currently TESRO Inc. Accepts Email Transfers and Cheques as payment for all orders.
- Promotions will be available though our webstore, you will be informed of any promotions if you are signed up for our newsletter.
- Provincial and Federal taxes apply for all orders within Canada.
- Prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in exchange rates or supplier price changes without further notice.
