Please note that "Left" and "Right" indicates your handedness for shooting.

The contact glove is made for your hand holding the grip.

Choose "Left" if you hold your rifle grip with the left hand

Choose "Right" if you hold your rifle grip with the right hand

The glove is supposed to fit like a second skin, we rocommend considering sizing down from your regular size shooting glove if you usually tend towards a looser fit.
